Busy, busy, busy!

Hey everyone!

We’ve been extra busy getting stuff done for the launch lately, and also rebranding and such. Who knew starting a brand would be such hard work? We sure didn’t. But hey, things change after plans are made and put into action. It’s a joy creating such a thing though. Our Facebook, Twitter, and main Blog are under the works as well. Talk about staying busy! We have such great hope for our company and can’t WAIT to release the line to you guys.

Hopefully, you’re still keeping up with us, and we also apologize for the lack of content lately! We have to keep somethings secret ya know.

Featured Artist: Telepopmusik (Angel Milk)

Who doesn’t enjoy a smooth downtempo album from time to time?
While this album isn’t new at all, I still find it wildly enjoyable on a calm day.

Télépopmusik is a French electronic trio, composed of Fabrice Dumont (bassist of the pop band Autour de Lucie), Stephan Haeri (also known as “2 square” for his solo projects), and Christophe Hetier.

Personally, I enjoy downtempo and lounge music more than rap, but that’s my opinion. I originally stumbled across Telepopmusik from Pandora when the song “Breathe” caught my attention. It was downtempo I’ve never heard before, and I instantly fell for it. Soon after, I purchased their albums and have been hooked ever since.. Best one is Angel Milk my friends.

That was back in 2005.

Now you can find the band touring, and from the look of their website, they’ve been quite busy.

3 Tips When Creating A Start-Up Company

As a business owner, you make hundreds of decisions every day — some of which will have a lasting effect on your business. Sometimes the solutions you need aren’t as obvious to you as you’d hope. And sometimes, things just happen to fall in place. We all need some advice from time to time to keep the ball rolling so the best advice I can give you when starting your own company is to –

1. Have a goal.

– Having goals gives you something to hungry for when things get low, and the rain doesn’t stop falling. Though it may sound easy enough, young entrepreneurs tend to slowly forget why they started their companies and then – *poof* – Over. Remember, when it rains, it pours.

2. Be consistent with social media.

– This one is kinda self-explanatory. Everyone loves social media, and EVERYONE uses it, so get out there and update. Post something relevant to your business, or a decent quote, not just what you had to eat that morning. Nobody wants to check out the “pushover scammer”. Try to post updates at least weekly to give people something to look forward to.

3. Honesty goes a long way.

– When starting a company, do you list what goals you’d like to achieve? You should. Make sure you are in this business for a good reason. Many start-ups that do it “just for profit” simply fail when other issues come up. Marketing, branding, and how you want people to look at your business all fall into what you HONESTLY want out of it. Never do something just because the last guy did that and things just happen to go well.

Hopefully these tips are just enough to keep you in the game.

All in all good luck with your start-up!
